Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Engagement Delivery Leader to manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. This is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and timelines.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee the quality assurance of project deliverables to meet the required standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Expertise in handling complex E2E implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of QA experience with 10+ years of management exposure.
- Experience as a Test Director overseeing and managing complex projects within a portfolio.
- Proven ability to manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders.
- Experience aligning client’s strategic goals with program delivery, including Test Automation, Gen AI, and Data Strategy.
- Experience with Change Management & adoption for processes, strategies, and tools.
- Ability to champion transformation and innovation across the enterprise.
- Experience developing, managing program budgets, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, program coordination, hosting calls with business executives, and client handling capabilities.
- Flexible in support.
Domain Expertise:
- General Insurance domain expertise is a PLUS.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
