Job Overview:
New York Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Leader for an onsite, long-term contract role in Charlotte, NC. This position requires a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in management, to lead complex IT projects and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong program coordination, client handling, and communication skills, with expertise in handling complex end-to-end implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and timelines.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee the quality assurance of project deliverables to meet the required standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Top Skills Required:
- 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years of management exposure.
- Experience as a Test Director overseeing and managing complex projects within a portfolio.
- Ability to manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders.
- Skills in aligning client’s strategic goals with program delivery, including Test Automation, Gen AI, and Data Strategy.
- Experience with Change Management & adoption for processes, strategies, and tools.
- Ability to champion transformation and innovation across the enterprise.
- Experience in developing and managing program budgets, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, program coordination, hosting calls with business executives, and client handling capabilities.
- Flexible in support.
- Expertise in handling complex E2E implementation.
Desired Skills:
- General Insurance domain expertise is a plus.
