Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enovia PLM Manager to lead enterprise-level business application management, with a focus on PLM applications. This role requires strong project management skills, team leadership, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse teams and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business applications at an enterprise level, with 3-5 years specifically in Enovia PLM.
• Lead PLM application projects with full responsibility for deliverables and budget management (5-7 years of experience).
• Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed structure (3-4 years of experience).
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as CRM, ERP, SRM, and Oracle ERP.
• Drive consensus and alignment between project tracks and teams.
• Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on challenging projects with globally distributed teams.
• Experience in designing and configuring Enovia PLM application is a plus (1-2 years).
• Lead teams effectively without direct authority.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organize information for presentations to a broad audience.
• Maintain solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and time/priority management to meet customer deliverables.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
