Job Role: Enterprise Risk Management Manager

Scalable Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Manager for an onsite contract position in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with over 10 years of experience, preferably a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of audit requirements and risk management processes.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Build Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and collaborate with risk owners to define and track them.
• Gather necessary data to support risk management activities.
• Partner with the analytics team to develop and implement risk-related analytics.
• Follow up with risk owners on mitigation plans, update them regularly, and report progress to the committee.
• Provide month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter support for program administration.
• Collaborate with the corporate strategy team to integrate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) with overall corporate strategy.
• Ensure mitigation plans associated with enterprise risks are aligned with corporate strategy.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Risk Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of audit requirements and risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience in building KRAs and working with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data gathering and analysis for risk reporting.
• Experience in program administration and support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience integrating risk management with corporate strategy is a plus.
