Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong background in IT and a focus on large-scale enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical aptitude and proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex system integration, compatibility, and multi-platform integration challenges.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, design specifications, and implementation plans.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable, meeting high-volume and omni-channel user experience demands.
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies to meet dynamic business needs.
- Act as a technical expert, addressing problems related to system integration, compatibility, and multi-platform integration.
- Possess advanced understanding of the IT landscape, including infrastructure, networks, client-server environments, and emerging technology trends.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding and working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture, and implementation of medium to large-scale systems across multiple platforms.
- Experience in designing and deploying Digital Solutions that handle high volume, high velocity, and omni-channel user experiences.
- Experience with Data Ingestion tools, Messaging Platforms, Middleware Platforms, Data Visualization tools, Container architectures, Data Fabric, Big Data, Relational, and NoSQL Databases.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and obfuscation with reference to distributed cloud architecture.
- Proven experience in large enterprise systems design, interfacing with multiple applications, and implementing pragmatic designs.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to articulate advanced technical topics to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to articulate business issues and concerns with staff, peers, superiors, and partners.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a large organization operating with a matrix structure.
- Ability to make architecture changes in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work according to needs.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
- 5+ years of deep background in Hybrid Cloud Architectures, computing platforms, and cloud virtualization.
- Experience with Solution architecture, middleware platforms, SaaS, and PaaS.
- Experience in Data Ingestion tools, Messaging Platforms, Middleware Platforms, Data Visualization tools, Container architectures, Data Fabric, Big Data, Relational, and NoSQL Databases.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and obfuscation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed organization.

- Work Arrangement: 4 Days office (Hybrid)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
