Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Epic HIM Analyst to manage Release of Information (ROI) and Identity modules. This role involves a balance of ‘Keep the Lights On’ (KTLO) support and high-impact optimizations and special projects to ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance. You will serve as the subject matter expert for HIM integration with Prelude and Clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support: Manage build, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance for ROI and Identity modules.
- MPI Integrity: Resolve potential duplicates, overlaps, and overlays in the Master Patient Index.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline record disclosure processes and refine patient-matching logic.
- Compliance: Ensure workflows meet Cures Act and HIPAA standards.
- Cross-Functional Lead: Serve as the SME for HIM integration with Prelude and Clinical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Certifications: Current Epic Certification in HIM Release of Information AND Identity.
- Experience: 3+ years of Epic build/analysis experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Deterministic/Probabilistic matching and ROI requester/fee schedule configuration.
- Location: This role requires 4 days onsite in either Minneapolis, MN or Hartford, CT.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
