Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facets .Net Developer with over 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic Agile team. This is a remote position focused on building and enhancing sophisticated healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Trizetto Facets platform and a proven track record of implementing complex features using the .NET framework. You will be responsible for developing high-quality code that adheres to the best industry standards, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications using .NET/C# and the Facets platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize SQL queries and database schemas to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Facets environment.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Ensure applications meet regulatory and compliance standards specific to the healthcare industry.
- Implement automated testing and quality assurance processes to minimize defects.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and C#.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Trizetto Facets core application and its extensions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and data formats (e.g., HL7, EDI).

Your ability to navigate the complexities of the Facets database and write optimized SQL queries will be a key factor in the success of our projects.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Special Requirements
10+ years experience required. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. Domain: Healthcare (Facets).
Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
