Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Fenergo Fen-X Configuration Consultant to lead the implementation of the Fenergo Fen-X platform. This role is crucial for translating complex regulatory rules and data models into functional workflows, ensuring seamless client onboarding and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial regulations, particularly Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and be able to bridge the gap between compliance requirements and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the Fenergo Fen-X platform to support Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows.
- Customize Policies, Journeys, Rules, Data Models, and User Interfaces using Fen-X Configuration Tools.
- Build and maintain Entity Types, Document Checklists, Risk Rules, and Case Management flows within the Fenergo platform.
- Integrate Fenergo with upstream and downstream systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Core Banking systems, and Sanctions Screening solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Compliance teams, and User Experience (UX) teams to ensure accurate implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Unit Testing and provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and utilize version control systems like Git and JIRA within an Agile development environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fenergo Fen-X and Fen-X Designer, or similar low-code configuration platforms.
- Deep functional knowledge of KYC, AML, and Onboarding Regulations within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data formats like JSON and XML, and experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and standard integration patterns.
- Strong expertise in Agile Methodologies, with practical experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a relevant consulting or technical role.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Financial Services or Core Banking integrations.
- Background in Business Analysis specifically for regulatory compliance projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and proficiency with Git version control.
About the Role:
This is a strictly Onsite role located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are looking for a highly experienced consultant who can take ownership of the Fenergo Fen-X configuration and implementation process. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude and a deep understanding of financial regulatory landscapes. You will play a key role in enhancing our client’s ability to manage regulatory compliance and client lifecycle processes effectively.
