Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Project Manager to lead client finance innovation and transformation portfolios. This role requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, SAP FI/CO, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects aligned with business outcomes and contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client finance innovation and transformation portfolios, ensuring delivery aligned to business outcomes and contractual commitments.
- Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional agile teams, driving ceremonies, removing impediments, and scaling agile ways of working.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client Finance and IT leaders, shaping roadmaps and governing execution.
- Present program progress, risks, and value realization to client executives and steering committees.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong consulting experience in finance transformation, AI led innovation programs, or large-scale change initiatives.
- Proven Scrum Master / agile delivery leadership in client environments (Preferably SAFe).
- Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to drive agile maturity, adoption, and measurable value realization for clients.
- Primary Skill: Agile PM with SAP FI/CO background.

Work Environment:
This is an onsite position located in King of Prussia, PA. Successful candidates will be expected to work from the client’s premises.
