Role Overview: Fiserv DNA Core Analyst (Remote)
Jupiter Technologies is looking for a dedicated Fiserv DNA Core Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting Credit Union operations. This remote position is ideal for a functional expert who understands the intricacies of core banking systems and has a passion for optimizing financial workflows. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Fiserv DNA platform, focusing on either the Lending or Deposits domain to ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the business and its members.
Core Responsibilities and Functional Expertise
- Platform Configuration: Act as the functional expert for the Fiserv DNA platform. You will configure and maintain DNA products, services, and parameters to align with the Credit Union’s operational goals.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimizations that leverage DNA’s advanced functionality. This includes identifying gaps in current workflows and proposing automated solutions.
- Release Management: Plan and coordinate DNA system release upgrades. You will develop detailed schedules, facilitate stakeholder meetings, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage post-go-live validation to ensure zero disruption to banking services.
- Incident Triage & Support: Manage the lifecycle of DNA-related incidents. You will determine if issues require technical intervention or user training, provide immediate resolutions where possible, and escalate complex bugs to Fiserv support.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation of all workflows, configurations, and system changes. This is critical for ensuring transparency and meeting strict financial regulatory compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Training: Provide ongoing training and guidance to business users. You will translate technical feature updates into actionable advice for business units, helping them adopt new DNA features effectively.

Your ability to bridge the gap between technical system capabilities and business requirements ensures that the Credit Union can deliver superior service to its members while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a blend of technical savvy, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills to manage both internal stakeholders and external vendors like Fiserv.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in core banking systems, specifically Fiserv DNA.
- Strong understanding of Credit Union operations, particularly in Lending or Deposits.
- Proven experience in project coordination and testing methodologies.
- Fiserv DNA-specific training or certifications are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools.
Special Requirements
W2 Remote; Credit Union domain expertise required; Fiserv DNA platform experience mandatory.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $35 – $35 per year
