Job Title: Five9 Administrator
Scalable Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Five9 Administrator to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work on-site or remotely, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Five9 VCC, including managing call flows, skills, reporting, and user accounts.
- Configure and manage Five9 IVA, including workflow design, speech recognition tuning, and NLP integration.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to the Five9 platform.
- Work within Agile environments to deliver and maintain VCC solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Five9 system.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Five9 VCC administration (call flows, skills, reporting, user management).
- Experience with Five9 IVA (workflow design, speech recognition tuning, NLP integration).
- Strong experience in end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is preferred.
- Exposure to platforms like Genesys or NICE is acceptable.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Additional Information:
- Five9 certifications are a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
