About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Five9 Platform Administrator with proven hands-on experience to manage and optimize our contact center platform. This role requires a strong understanding of call center technologies, system integrations, and troubleshooting complex issues. You will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our Five9 environment and supporting our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Five9 platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Configure and manage call center technologies, including ACD, IVR, and routing logic.
- Develop and implement telephony fundamentals for seamless operations.
- Utilize REST APIs and scripting for system integrations and automation.
- Integrate Five9 with CRM, SSO, Calabrio/Verint, and 2Ring systems.
- Build reports and analyze call center metrics to provide insights and drive improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Five9 platform and support end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest Five9 features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience as a Five9 SME, administrator, or engineer.
- Strong understanding of call center technologies, ACD, IVR, routing logic, and telephony fundamentals.
- Experience with REST APIs, scripting, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of integrating Five9 with CRM, SSO, Calabrio/Verint, and 2Ring systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in report building and call center metrics.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex platform issues in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
