Job Title: Front End UI/UX Developer
We are seeking a talented Front End UI/UX Developer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role is crucial for designing and enhancing user interfaces for both internal and external applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and implement effective UI/UX solutions.
- Ensure adherence to mobile-first design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Work within Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support and enhance existing applications, potentially built on .NET and other technologies.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Showcase UI/UX projects through a portfolio or GitHub repository.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Front-End Development.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design techniques.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX Design, including creating mockups and mapping user journeys.
- Knowledge of Mobile-First Design and Accessibility Standards.
- Experience working in Agile Development Environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities.
