Role Overview
Tek Inspirations LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in New York, NY. This is a critical role requiring a professional with over 11 years of experience in software development, specifically focusing on technical feasibility, platform selection, and high-level prototyping for enterprise-scale applications. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving two major digital modernization workstreams: the DCP On the Go initiative and the PBHU Mental Health Care Consent Management System. This position is exclusively open to local candidates residing within 30 miles of New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Prototyping & Platform Selection: Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate high-risk requirements, particularly focusing on offline data synchronization and complex user authentication mechanisms in mobile environments.
- Platform Evaluation: Assess potential mobile development platforms (Native, Cross-Platform like React Native/Flutter, and Low-Code) based on PoC results, total cost of ownership (TCO), maintenance, scalability, and internal skill sets.
- Application Development: Lead the hands-on development and configuration of Power Apps Model-Driven applications, implementing complex business logic, security roles, and user interface components within Dataverse.
- Integration & Automation: Develop and test UiPath or Power Automate flows for backend processes, including automated PDF document processing and advanced error handling.
- Data Modeling: Design and maintain Microsoft Dataverse schemas to ensure data integrity, relationship correctness, and compliance with security models.
- Technical Documentation: Produce clean, well-documented PoC code and technical documentation to facilitate smooth handoffs to full development teams and vendors.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide ongoing technical guidance across projects, participate in architecture and security reviews, and align initiatives with ACS technology standards.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 11 years of professional experience in software development.
- At least 8 years of hands-on development experience and 3 years in a Lead Developer or Technical Specialist role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, or C#.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Practical experience with UiPath for robotic process automation and integration.
- Strong understanding of security architecture and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
- Proven ability to rapidly build and test mobile applications for technical evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
