About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer Lead with over 12 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions. You will be responsible for leading architectural decisions, driving performance optimization, and ensuring the highest standards of security and API governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of full-stack solutions, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Implement advanced security measures and API governance strategies.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
- Build and enhance user interfaces using advanced Angular or React frameworks.
- Design and implement microservices architecture for modular and maintainable systems.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data storage.
- Utilize GitHub and Copilot for efficient code development and collaboration.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
