Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Full Stack Java Developers with a strong background in React. The role requires 6+ years of Java experience, 3+ years of React/React Hooks experience, 4+ years of Springboot experience, and 3+ years of microservices development experience. Candidates must have JSON development experience and be located in or willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR, with a requirement to be physically present in Bentonville. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Springboot, and React.
- Design and implement microservices architecture.
- Develop and consume JSON APIs.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work with databases and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Java experience.
- 3+ years of React/React Hooks experience.
- 4+ years of Springboot experience.
- 3+ years of microservices development experience.
- JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must already be in Bentonville, AR, or willing to relocate immediately.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year
