Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with a minimum of 8-11 years of experience. This role requires a strong ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL Server, and Hibernate/JPA. Experience with Microservices architecture and deployment on cloud platforms is essential.
The position is located in Dimondale, MI, and requires local candidates who can attend in-person meetings (f2f). The role involves developing and maintaining full-stack applications, focusing on robust backend services and responsive front-end interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
