Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with Production Support experience to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-level applications while ensuring smooth production operations. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a particular emphasis on production support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application stability.
- Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deploy enhancements and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor application performance and optimize system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Support CI/CD processes and assist in release management activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.
- Experience in production support, debugging, and incident management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/Databases, and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
- Prior experience working in hybrid or enterprise environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be local to San Diego, CA, within 100 miles.
- Recent project experience is required.
- Production Support experience is a must.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
