Job Overview:
Dew Softech, INC is seeking a versatile and pragmatic Full Stack AWS Cloud Developer for a hybrid role in Newark, NJ. This position involves architecting, building, and maintaining scalable cloud/on-prem hybrid applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with extensive experience leveraging the AWS platform to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, .NET, JavaScript).
- Build and deploy cloud-native services on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and other relevant services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions.
- Participate in requirements discussions and translate them into functional applications aligned with service goals.
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing applications, including fixing issues.
- Collaborate with peers to create optimal solutions using the .NET framework and Microsoft tech stack.
- Identify and reduce technical debt in existing code structures while improving application effectiveness and performance.
- Deliver error-free code that complies with secure coding practices.
- Provide technical assistance for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Incorporate data storage systems and maintain code quality.
- Ensure application security and scalability by adhering to AWS best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, UX, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Monitor and optimize application performance using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and other observability tools.
- Document architecture and workflows using Confluence, diagrams, and version-controlled README files.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in front-end design and implementation of user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 7+ years of experience in back-end development with SQL and NoSQL databases, webservices, and other server-side and serverless resources.
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, .NET, JavaScript).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, and DynamoDB.
- 4+ years of experience with authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, Cognito, JWT).
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Next.js, Vue, or Svelte.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
