Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .Net Developer to join our team for a short-term surge in development demand. This role will involve the configuration, development, and enhancement of internal software applications and system integrations. The position is hybrid onsite in Memphis, TN, with potential for extension or conversion to permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications used throughout the organization, including enhancements to existing internal systems.
  • Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and other data exchange methods.
  • Contribute to both backend and frontend development efforts across the company’s application environment.
  • Support enhancements and updates to existing ASP.NET and .NET-based applications.
  • Contribute to newer application development using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js.
  • Write, modify, and optimize queries and data structures using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Assist with vendor data integrations and development of internal endpoints used to manage vendor communications.
  • Apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Coordinate change management and testing efforts with IT Technical Support and other internal teams.
  • Document application functionality, dependencies, and technical changes as needed.
  • Identify performance issues and recommend improvements to software applications and integrations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business and development needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a software development role.
  • Experience developing applications using C# and the .NET framework.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience building or supporting API integrations between systems.
  • Experience working in a collaborative development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ASP.NET applications.
  • Experience with React or Next.js for frontend development.
  • Experience working in a full-stack development environment.
  • Familiarity with Azure API Management or similar integration tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot or similar) to improve development efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise application environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database development and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of C# programming language and the .NET framework.
  • Ability to contribute across multiple areas of the development stack and quickly adapt to changing project needs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple development tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate professional discretion.

Candidates must be currently local to Memphis and ready to meet F2F. Hybrid Onsite. No sponsorship. Two (2) recent direct manager references required. Public LinkedIn profiles required. Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $75 per year (Estimated)
