Position Summary: Full Stack Senior Developer
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Senior Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This role requires a versatile engineer capable of working across the entire web development stack, with a primary focus on ReactJS, Redux, and Node.js. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business needs into relevant, high-quality technical solutions within an Agile environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated web applications using ReactJS for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
- Utilize Redux for efficient state management across complex application workflows.
- Leverage Python for automation tasks, specifically using libraries like PyAutoGui and PyWin32 for desktop automation.
- Handle data processing tasks involving XML parsing and CSV formatting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess requirements and provide technical feasibility and architectural guidance.
- Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement and manage build automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Bitbucket, and other industry-standard automation frameworks.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and version control practices.
Technical Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in information technology and software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in the MERN/PERN stack (React, Node.js).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python, including automation libraries.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot is considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of XML and CSV data structures and manipulation.
- Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git and Bitbucket.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment as required by the project.
Additional Preferences
While not mandatory, bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is highly valued for this role to support global communication and documentation. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering scalable software solutions and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $205,000 per year (Estimated)
