About the Role:

We are seeking talented Fullstack Agentic AI developers to join our team and build an intelligent SWE Agent. This agent will monitor Microsoft systems and automatically fix issues while ensuring 100% compliance with legal and safety rules. You will leverage the latest Agentic AI frameworks to transform raw data into autonomous actions.

Your Primary Focus:

  • Monitor & Detect: Set up telemetry to monitor system health (QoS). Utilize Machine Learning to identify anomalies and trigger automatic alerts.
  • Build the Agent: Develop an AI Agent capable of autonomous decision-making and execution of technical fixes (Auto-Remediation) using frameworks like Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Legal Guardrails: Ensure the Agent adheres to Microsoft’s legal and compliance rules by implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) before taking any action.

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Agentic AI: Proven experience in building AI agents that perform actions, not just generate text, utilizing frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or AI Foundry.
  • Advanced AI Tech: Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Data & ML: Strong capabilities in analyzing logs and telemetry data, and implementing ML-based Anomaly Detection techniques.
