You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders—including regulatory, billing, and operations departments—and our technical engineering teams. Your expertise in the nuances of energy, water, and gas utilities will be essential in ensuring that our technical solutions are compliant, efficient, and future-proof.

- Process Engineering: Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation. Perform detailed gap analysis to ensure that proposed technical solutions address all business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Agile Product Ownership: In an Agile environment, work closely with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog. Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Manage expectations across a diverse group of stakeholders, including executive leadership, field operations, and third-party vendors. Ensure that project goals remain aligned with the broader corporate strategy and regulatory mandates.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to develop comprehensive test plans and scripts. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the final product meets all functional requirements and provides a superior user experience.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to analyze complex utility datasets, providing insights that inform system design and business decision-making.
