Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced GCP AI/ML Tech Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Vertex AI, Generative AI, and MLOps, coupled with proven leadership experience in guiding teams to deliver cutting-edge AI applications on the Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement robust AI/ML architecture and best practices on GCP.
- Lead the development of enterprise-scale AI solutions, including Generative AI and multi-agent systems.
- Utilize a range of GCP services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML, and Dataflow to build and deploy AI models.
- Drive end-to-end MLOps practices, encompassing CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of ML models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, production-grade AI solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers and business leaders, to align technical solutions with strategic business needs.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions deployed on GCP.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, and GCP technologies.
Key Skills Required
- 9-10 years of comprehensive experience with cloud platforms, with a specific focus on GCP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI and the broader GCP AI/ML stack.
- Expertise in Python programming and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI / LLMs and building agent-based workflows.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
- Proven experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and successfully delivering production-grade AI solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer Certification.
- Experience in building and managing scalable distributed systems.
- Industry experience in Healthcare, Finance, or High-Tech domains.
