Required Qualifications and Expertise

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field is mandatory.
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on AI and machine learning in recent years.
  • Proven expertise in AI specialization, particularly with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and the orchestration of complex cloud-native AI services.
  • Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles and their practical application in highly regulated enterprise settings.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A track record of delivering successful, scalable AI solutions in a production environment.
