About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GenAI Developer with a strong background in AI Transformation to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. You will be instrumental in creating intelligent applications that leverage advanced AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI applications using frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced AI model performance.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, specifically VertexAI, for AI model training and deployment.
- Design and build AI Agents capable of complex communication and task execution using Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and applications for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap of the organization.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating LLM applications using LangChain or Google ADK.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency in using VertexAI services within GCP.
- Experience in developing AI Agents with RAG pipelines.
- Understanding of A2A (Agent to Agent protocol) for multi-agent communication.
- Preferable background in Java for backend development and integration.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
