Job Description: GENAI Engineer
We are seeking a senior architect-level GENAI Engineer with a deep background in Neo4j to join our team. This role involves hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with GraphRAG, semantic search experience in a call center environment, and LangGraph experience for Agentic application development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in agentic systems with reasoning and signal-based activation, as well as NLQ (Natural Language Query) engine development. Experience with Redis/Cache and short, medium, and long-term memory management is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced GENAI solutions.
- Integrate hybrid RAG and GraphRAG techniques.
- Build and optimize semantic search capabilities for call center environments.
- Utilize LangGraph for agentic application development.
- Implement agentic systems with sophisticated reasoning and signal-based activation.
- Develop and refine NLQ engines.
- Manage and implement memory management strategies using Redis/Cache.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI models and systems.
Technical Requirements:
- Senior architect-level experience.
- Deep background in Neo4j.
- Proficiency in hybrid RAG and GraphRAG.
- Proven experience with semantic search in a call center context.
- Expertise in LangGraph for agentic application development.
- Strong understanding of agentic systems, reasoning, and signal-based activation.
- Experience in NLQ engine development.
- Proficiency with Redis/Cache and memory management techniques (short, medium, long-term).
Employment Details:
- Location: Alpharetta, GA
- Work Schedule: 3 days a week onsite, hybrid model.
- Duration: 12 Months contract.
- Employment Type: C2C / C2H Role.
