Job Title:
Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect
Location:
Cary, NC (Local Candidates Only)
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX architecture and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with IVR, ACD, SIP trunking, and call routing.
- Experience with Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) and analytics.
- Proficiency in APIs and Web Services (RESTful, JSON, OAuth).
- Scripting experience using JavaScript, Python, or Power.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Genesys Cloud.
- Familiarity with CTI platforms (Genesys, Avaya Aura).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations in contact center environments.
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) strategies.
