Job Overview
Tek Inspirations is seeking two experienced Genesys Cloud Developers for a Contract-to-Hire position. This role involves partial onsite work, with required attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and as needed. The position is ideal for candidates looking to transition into a full-time role after a successful contract period.
The successful candidates will join the DLS Contact Center Technologies (CCT) Team, a dynamic group of 10 Developers and Business System Analysts focused on migrating contact center operations to the Genesys Cloud system. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge contact center solutions and contribute to significant system transformations.
Role Details

- Work Arrangement: Partial Onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and as needed)
- Interviews: Microsoft Teams and Face-to-Face (F2F)
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some on-call and weekend work may be required. Overtime must be approved in advance. No travel is expected.
Required Technologies
- Genesys Cloud platform expertise.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and service integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with AWS being preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Genesys Certifications, such as Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD) or Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC).
- Experience with Lucid Charts or other workflow modeling tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows, including IVR, digital channels, routing strategies, and NLU-driven call flows.
- Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, encompassing Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), detailed workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Actively participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops, engaging effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and implement integrations between Genesys Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Genesys Cloud environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Genesys Cloud and contact center technologies.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling clear articulation of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions within the team.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
