Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES) Developer with extensive Python expertise to join our dynamic team. This is a 12-month contract position supporting our end client, Cox Communications, through Capgemini. The role is based in Sandy Springs, GA, and follows a hybrid work model requiring three days of on-site presence per week. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive Customer Engagement Suite (CES) solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Development Kit (ADK), and CCAI Insights.
- Develop sophisticated conversational flows within Dialogflow CX, ensuring best practices for dialogue flow, branching logic, and persona development.
- Create and optimize Generative Playbooks for virtual agents, applying advanced prompt engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) integration techniques.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, webhooks, and scripts using Python to support various CES initiatives and integrations.
- Integrate CES tools seamlessly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and external third-party APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to agent behavior, performance optimization, and system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and product managers, to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Application Development.
- At least 3 years of specialized experience within the Contact Center technology space.
- Hands-on expertise with the Agent Development Kit (ADK) or similar conversational agent frameworks.
- A minimum of 4 years of intensive Python development experience, including script writing and API development.
- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) CCAI services, specifically Dialogflow CX and Agent Assist.
- Proficiency in using dialogue flow design tools, including fulfillment, webhooks, and advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of Playbooks and GCP Cloud Run for deploying and managing scalable services.
- Experience with API integration protocols such as REST and gRPC, as well as Cloud Functions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Git and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience within the Telecommunications (Telco) domain and a solid understanding of industry-specific processes and customer needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI-driven customer experience solutions in a corporate environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
