Role Overview
LiveMindz Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic technical team. This role is designed for a senior professional with 8 to 15 years of experience who can serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our enterprise collaboration suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for the architecture, administration, and optimization of Google Workspace and integrated platforms like Smartsheet and Lucidchart. This position offers the flexibility of being based in Seattle, WA, or working remotely, catering to the modern global workforce.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Leadership
- Platform Administration: Lead the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and architectural oversight of Google Workspace, including the Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, and Gemini AI integrations.
- Strategic Rollouts: Design and execute global rollouts of new features, establishing configuration baselines and managing change processes to ensure seamless adoption across the enterprise.
- Security and Governance: Implement and enforce robust security controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data residency requirements, conditional access policies, and SSO/SAML integrations. You will work closely with InfoSec and Compliance teams to maintain a secure environment.
- Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain sophisticated automation tools using Google Apps Script, Python, and GAM (Google Apps Manager) to reduce operational overhead and improve service delivery quality.
- Enterprise Integration: Facilitate the integration of Google Workspace with other enterprise systems and collaboration tools like Smartsheet and Lucidchart to create efficient, cross-departmental workflows.
- Data Migration: Lead large-scale data migration projects, specifically transitioning environments from Microsoft M365 to Google Drive, ensuring data integrity and minimal user disruption.
- License Optimization: Collaborate with IT asset management to monitor and optimize platform licensing, providing data-driven insights to control costs and maximize feature utilization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in the Google Workspace ecosystem and a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructures. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in Smartsheet administration and a solid understanding of OAuth protocols. Proficiency in Python is essential for building custom integrations and automation scripts. We are looking for a leader who can mentor junior engineers, act as a technical escalation point, and communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders, including leadership in InfoSec, IAM, and Compliance departments. Experience in driving enterprise-level collaboration strategies and creating long-term technology roadmaps is highly desirable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $170,000 – $235,000 per year
