Job Description: GRC Consultant

We are seeking a skilled GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
  • Configure and support SAP GRC modules such as Access Control, Risk Management, Process Control, and Audit Management.
  • Perform user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and risk mitigation to maintain secure system access.
  • Integrate GRC solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other identity management platforms.
  • Generate compliance reports, monitor risk indicators, and collaborate with audit teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to GRC.
  • Develop and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct GRC training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to GRC.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing GRC solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Risk Management, Process Control, Audit Management).
  • Experience with user access reviews, SoD analysis, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with integrating GRC solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant GRC certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT).
  • Experience with other GRC tools and platforms.
  • Experience in the [Industry specific, e.g., Finance, Healthcare] sector.

This is a contract position with an expected duration of 12 months. The role is based in Dallas, TX.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
