Position Summary
Mentour Corporation is looking for a specialized GRC Systems Engineer to join our client’s team in Houston, TX. This is a hybrid onsite role focused on the engineering and optimization of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, specifically OneTrust. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between cybersecurity policy and technical implementation, ensuring that risk management tools are deeply integrated into the enterprise IT fabric.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop GRC system configurations, data models, and automated workflows within the OneTrust platform.
- Engineer robust API integrations between OneTrust and enterprise tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, identity management systems, and ticketing platforms.
- Develop custom logic and templates using FreeMarker (FTL) to enhance OneTrust native capabilities.
- Create and maintain advanced dashboards and real-time analytics using Power BI or Tableau to provide visibility into risk exposure.
- Govern the platform release lifecycle, including reviewing vendor notes, assessing impact, and coordinating change management activities.
- Act as a technical liaison between IT, Audit, and GRC program owners to resolve complex system issues.
- Support privacy solutions including DPIA, PIA, DSAR, and ROPA workflows.
- Document all system configurations and integration logic to meet strict audit and compliance standards.
Required Technical Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience engineering and supporting the OneTrust GRC platform.
- Proficiency in developing with FreeMarker (FTL) for OneTrust-native logic.
- Strong background in API development (RESTful APIs) and data formatting (JSON).
- Familiarity with JavaScript for middleware/webhooks and Python or PowerShell for automation.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, including change, release, and configuration management.
- Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST CSF, COBIT 2019, and ISO 27001.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $142,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
