Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with strong experience in Guidewire Policy Center implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain and a proven track record of leading successful Guidewire Policy Center implementations.
Required Skills:
- Lead Business Analyst, Experience in Guidewire Policy Center
- Strong Understanding of P&C Insurance Domain
- Experience in Guidewire Policy Center Implementation
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Technical Skills:
- Strong technology experience with policy administration solutions, with Guidewire PolicyCenter strongly preferred.
- Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies; working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories is required.
- Worked with SCRUM Master, Business Owners, Project Sponsor, SME, and Guidewire Consultants to define Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and estimate efforts for user stories.
- Worked with the business and developers for requirement clarifications.
- Minimum one E2E implementation experience of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies.
