Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Consultant / Claims Technology Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter, personal lines claims, and claims transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of claims technology, U.S. regulatory frameworks for claims, and the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level. Experience with workflow automation, fraud analytics, and API-based integration ecosystems is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet business requirements for personal lines claims processing.
  • Lead or contribute to claims transformation projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness in claims operations.
  • Provide expertise on claims technology best practices and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks relevant to claims handling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline claims processes.
  • Utilize fraud analytics tools and techniques to identify and mitigate fraudulent claims.
  • Integrate Guidewire ClaimCenter with other systems using API-based integration ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system implementation and support.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: San Antonio, TX
