Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in Guidewire Policy Center, focusing on Configuration and Integration development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter to align with business needs and workflows.
  • Develop and implement integration solutions between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other enterprise systems.
  • Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for PolicyCenter configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PolicyCenter configuration and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Guidewire releases and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration development.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes, particularly in policy administration.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies used in Guidewire development (e.g., Java, XML, XSLT).
  • Experience with Guidewire integration patterns and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: San Antonio, TX
