Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Policy Center Lead to join our team for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter core APIs and a proven ability to drive various policy lifecycle transactions. This role requires leadership in guiding offshore teams and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter core APIs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in driving submission, quote, bind, issue, endorsement, and policy lifecycle transactions via APIs.
  • Utilize solid Guidewire GOSU experience, especially in API customization and transaction control.
  • Leverage strong Guidewire GQ and Guidewire Query experience.
  • Work across multiple lines of business, including Commercial and Personal.
  • Manage integration technical aspects, building PC-driven outbound integrations with external systems.
  • Possess a strong understanding of PolicyCenter job processes, entities, data model, and validation framework.
  • Apply fundamental knowledge of Java, GOSU, and XML.
  • Demonstrate experience with API error handling, transaction integrity, and performance considerations.
  • Provide leadership and delivery expertise, including prior onsite lead experience with offshore teams.
  • Guide, review, and unblock offshore developers effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work effectively within Agile delivery models.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
  • Proficiency in Guidewire GOSU, Java, XML.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Leadership experience, particularly with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile methodologies experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
