About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Domain Consultant to lead functional design, requirement analysis, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. The role requires strong insurance domain expertise with a focus on product configuration, underwriting, rating, and managing the end-to-end policy lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation
- Strong experience in functional design, requirement gathering, and solution architecture
- Deep understanding of insurance domain, especially Policy Administration
- Hands-on experience in product configuration, workflows, rating, and underwriting
- Experience designing end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
- Strong experience leading configuration and integration workstreams
- Expertise in designing system-to-system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Knowledge of integration middleware and enterprise architecture patterns
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in defining CI/CD processes for Guidewire implementations
- Ability to define tooling strategy for large-scale programs
- Understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automation
Responsibilities:
- Drive functional design and requirement analysis for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations
- Design and implement end-to-end PolicyCenter solutions aligned with business needs
- Lead configuration and integration workstreams and track progress against project plans
- Configure products, workflows, rating, and underwriting rules within PolicyCenter
- Design and manage system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
- Ensure alignment with insurance processes and policy lifecycle requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Identify and address non-functional requirements and system performance considerations
