Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on Guidewire Technical (Player-Coach) who can actively code while leading a small offshore team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering Guidewire solutions across the full software lifecycle.

Top Required Skills

  • Guidewire PolicyCenter (Expert/P4) – 8+ years
  • Guidewire Integration – 5+ years
  • Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD) – 5+ years
  • Active Guidewire Certification (Mandatory | ACE Preferred)
  • Technical Leadership Experience – 2-3 years

Must Have

  • Strong Guidewire Development & Integration experience (not support only)
  • Ability to develop Guidewire code, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience working Hybrid (3 days onsite)
  • Willing to relocate if needed
  • Hands-on technical leader capable of mentoring teams
  • Experience troubleshooting Integration Gateway / Apache Camel routes

Responsibilities
