Job Description: GXP Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced GXP Test Lead with a strong background in validation testing within the life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of software QA/testing experience, with at least 8 years specifically in regulated environments such as life sciences or pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute validation testing strategies for GxP-compliant systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Ensure adherence to GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform functional testing of custom-built applications and mobile applications.
  • Utilize and manage test management systems such as ALM/Codebeamer and JIRA.
  • In-depth understanding and application of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Implement risk-based testing approaches tailored for regulated environments.
  • Conduct mobile testing to ensure application quality across various devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Sciences, or a related field (e.g., life science, medicine). Master’s degree is preferable.
  • 10+ years of software QA/testing experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in regulated environments (life sciences/pharma).
  • Strong expertise in GxP and CSV.
  • Hands-on experience with ALM/Codebeamer.
  • Proficiency in Life Science Domain.
  • Experience in functional testing of custom-built applications and mobile testing.
  • In-depth understanding of STLC, QA tools, and test management systems (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with risk-based testing in regulated environments.

Special Requirements

GXP, Validation Testing, QMS, Hand on in ALM/Codebeamer, Life Science Domain.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
