Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and manage critical IT projects within hospital and clinical settings. This role involves close collaboration with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a particular focus on infrastructure-related initiatives across hospital buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare IT environments, the ability to interpret construction and infrastructure blueprints, and experience working with facilities and plant operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Healthcare IT projects within hospital and clinical settings.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support infrastructure-related initiatives across hospital buildings and facilities.
- Interpret and work with construction and infrastructure blueprints (PDF format).
- Collaborate with hospital plant operations and facilities teams on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure alignment with clinical workflows and inpatient hospital processes.
- Drive communication and project updates across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure in hospital and clinical environments.
- Basic understanding of inpatient hospital operations and clinical workflows.
- Experience with hospital-based applications, with a strong preference for Epic.
- Ability to read and interpret hospital construction and infrastructure blueprints.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience collaborating with facilities and plant operations teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in healthcare construction or infrastructure-related IT projects.
Additional Information:
This is a 6+ month consulting engagement. Candidates must be local to the Mount Laurel, NJ area and able to commute. A DL copy and LinkedIn profile are mandatory for consideration.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per hour (Estimated)
Location: Marlton, NJ
