Organization Mission: Ukraine TrustChain
Ukraine TrustChain is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on providing immediate, life-saving aid to the most vulnerable populations in Ukraine. Our mission is to respond dynamically to the most urgent needs on the ground, ranging from evacuations in frontline territories to the distribution of essential resources like food, water, and heating supplies. We operate through a network of highly efficient volunteer teams who work in high-risk areas to ensure that aid reaches those who need it most. As we continue to scale our impact, we are seeking a Humanitarian Program Operations Coordinator to oversee logistics, manage volunteer networks, and ensure the transparent and effective delivery of humanitarian assistance. This role is critical to maintaining the sustained financial and operational support that makes our work possible.
Core Responsibilities and Impact Areas
- Coordinate large-scale evacuation operations, working closely with teams like Dobra Sprava to rescue individuals from de-occupied and frontline territories.
- Manage the logistics and distribution of critical winterization aid, including thousands of tons of firewood and fuel briquettes for households in regions such as Dnipro and Kharkiv.
- Oversee the delivery of clean drinking water and humanitarian food packages to millions of individuals, focusing on the most unsafe parts of Ukraine.
- Support specialized programs for children with disabilities, including art therapy, music therapy, and psychological relief activities at community centers.
- Liaise with diverse volunteer networks, such as Krok z Nadiyeyu and My Ryatuyemo Ukrayinu, to synchronize aid efforts and maximize resource efficiency.
- Monitor and report on program impact, tracking key metrics such as the number of people evacuated, tons of aid delivered, and households supported.
- Manage fundraising initiatives and community outreach, encouraging sustained financial support through digital platforms and corporate partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations and maintain transparent financial records for all contributions and expenditures.
- Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment, tactical gear, and hospital beds to frontline medical facilities and rehabilitation centers.
- Facilitate the manufacture and distribution of prostheses and wheelchairs for adults and children affected by the conflict.
- Oversee the operation of soup kitchens and temporary shelters, ensuring high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and safety.
- Develop and distribute educational materials to raise awareness and recruit volunteers for ongoing humanitarian missions.
Qualifications and Professional Requirements

A background in non-profit management, emergency response, logistics, or international development is highly valued. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in program coordination or a related field. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a significant advantage.
