Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hyperion Administrator and L3 Support specialist with a strong background in EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) to join our team. This role involves working on tickets and queries raised by users, resolving issues, and performing data fixes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in on-prem Hyperion administration and experience with various EPM components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Hyperion and EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) environments.
- Manage and resolve user-reported tickets and queries.
- Perform data fixes and bug fixes in the existing code base as prioritized by the customer.
- Administer on-prem Hyperion environments, including starting and stopping services, patching, and debugging issues in HFM, DRM, and Essbase.
- Manage certificate renewals (SSL, LDAP, etc.).
- Design and implement Forms & Reports, Business Rules, Data Management, and utilize SmartView and RestAPI.
- Develop solutions using Power or Groovy scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of EPM systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of EPM processes and systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of experience as a Hyperion Administrator and L3 Support in EPM PBCS/EPBCS.
- Proficiency in On-Prem Hyperion Administration: Stop/Start services, Patching, Debugging HFM, DRM, Essbase, Certificate renewals.
- Experience with Forms & Reports design, Business Rules, Data Management, SmartView, and RestAPI.
- Working knowledge of Power or Groovy scripting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience in FCCS, ARCS, and EDM.
Work Model:
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week at the customer’s office in Chicago, IL. Strong remote candidates will also be considered.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
