Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IAM Architect to join our team for a long-term contract role. This position requires a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Zero Trust architectures and enterprise IAM platforms like Ping Identity. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in Reston, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Develop and enforce Zero Trust principles and modern security architectures.
  • Work with enterprise IAM platforms, with a strong emphasis on Ping Identity solutions.
  • Design and implement secure authentication and authorization solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Collaborate with security teams and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proven experience implementing Zero Trust or modern security architectures.
  • Extensive experience working with enterprise IAM platforms, particularly Ping Identity solutions.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
