Job Description: IAM Engineer
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with expertise in ISIM, ISVA, ISDI, OKTA, and scripting. You will be responsible for implementing and managing IAM systems to ensure secure and efficient user access across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including ISIM, ISVA, ISDI, and OKTA.
- Develop and manage custom workflows using JAVA extensions and TDI-based adapters.
- Perform report development, installation, and upgrades of ISIM systems.
- Utilize Web API programming for IAM integrations.
- Manage user identities and access across various platforms including Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, Web Apps, and Service accounts.
- Automate provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT environments through scripting.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IAM.
Required Skills:
- ISVG, ISVA, ISDI, OKTA, Scripting
- Working experience on ISIM, ISDS, ISDI
- Experience in writing custom workflows with JAVA custom extensions
- TDI based adapters
- Report development
- Upgrade and installation of ISIM
- Exposure of Web API based programming
- Proficiency in managing user identities and access for Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, Web Apps, Service accounts etc.
About the Role:
As a Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, you will help organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise. You will utilize commercially available IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra, to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively. You will be proficient in directory services like TDI and AD, and have hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting. This skillset enables you to create a secure and streamlined identity management system for the organization. You will also be proficient in developing scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT and enterprise IT.
