About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced iCIMS-focused Systems Analyst to support our enterprise HR Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive hands-on experience working behind the scenes in the iCIMS platform within a complex environment. This is not a pure recruiter admin role; candidates must possess deep practical knowledge of the platform’s inner workings.
Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining iCIMS modules, workflows, and system settings. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot platform issues across recruiting and HR stakeholders, and support system testing, regression testing, and UAT for changes and enhancements. The role also involves assisting with small projects and system mini-initiatives, including configuration changes, enhancements, and optimizations. You will be responsible for researching and resolving system behavior issues, data discrepancies, and integration questions. Collaboration with HR, IT, and vendor partners on platform-related requests is essential. A working understanding of APIs and integrations connected to iCIMS is required, with hands-on exposure being a significant advantage. You will also provide light project coordination and documentation support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain iCIMS modules, workflows, and system settings.
- Manage tickets and troubleshoot platform issues across recruiting and HR stakeholders.
- Support system testing, regression testing, and UAT for changes and enhancements.
- Assist with small projects and system mini-initiatives (configuration changes, enhancements, optimizations).
- Research and resolve system behavior issues, data discrepancies, and integration questions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners on platform-related requests.
- Understand and work with APIs and integrations connected to iCIMS (high-level hands-on exposure).
- Provide light project coordination and documentation support as needed.
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on iCIMS experience (core platform, configuration, workflows).
- Experience supporting iCIMS in an enterprise environment.
- Background handling tickets, system inquiries, and configuration changes.
- Experience with system testing and validation.
- Working knowledge of APIs and integrations (hands-on exposure strongly preferred).
- Ability to operate independently and troubleshoot without heavy direction.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting multiple HR or recruiting systems alongside iCIMS.
- Exposure to system migrations or evaluations (ATS or HR Tech platform changes).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
