Job Title: Infios Supply Chain Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Infios Analyst to support and optimize supply chain and warehouse management solutions. This role focuses on system stability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless warehouse operations and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional and technical analyst for Infios-based supply chain/WMS solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process gaps.
- Configure and support warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment modules.
- Provide production support, perform issue analysis, and execute root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with development teams for enhancements, integrations, and fixes.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and operational continuity.
- Maintain functional documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and system integrations across upstream and downstream platforms.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and release management.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience required.
- Hands-on experience with Infios or similar Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping).
- Expertise in inventory management and order lifecycle processes.
- Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) and data analysis skills.
- Experience with system integrations, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and batch processing.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in production support and enhancement cycles.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with enterprise WMS platforms.
- Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Exposure to cloud-based supply chain platforms.
- Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month contract position with a pay rate of $62/hr on a C2C basis. The role requires strong collaboration with business, operations, and technical teams to support warehouse and logistics systems, with a focus on process improvement and production support.
