Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Technical Consultant to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and implementation of Infor M3 for various clients. The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, document processes, design solutions, and assist with configuration according to project scope. A thorough technical understanding of Infor M3 is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Infor M3 systems.
- Implement Infor M3 solutions for diverse client needs.
- Collaborate with client contacts to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and improve existing business processes.
- Design and develop technical solutions within the Infor M3 framework.
- Assist in the configuration of Infor M3 based on project scope and requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Infor M3 capabilities and limitations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infor M3.
- Participate in data migration and integration activities.
- Adhere to Infor Implementation methodologies.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Infor M3 development tools.
- Experience with both on-Prem and Cloudsuite products.
- Proficiency in MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit), MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), Jscript, IDM Forms, Mashups, Event Hub, and Web Service.
- Experience with M3 Xtend, Xstream/StreamServe Reporting tool.
- Basic knowledge of Java, RDBMS, SQL, and XML.
- Good understanding of Infor M3 extensibility tools such as Jscript, Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK, and Web SDK.
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.
- Experience in data migration and integration.
- Familiarity with Infor Implementation methodologies.
Soft Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving attitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent tactful and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work with databases and MIS systems.
- Capacity to multi-task and manage daily assignments efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one development technology or programming language.
- Good business documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
