Job Description: Infor M3 Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and implementation of Infor M3 for various clients. You will collaborate closely with client contacts to gather business requirements, document processes, design solutions, and assist with configuration according to the project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and maintain Infor M3 systems.
  • Implement Infor M3 solutions for diverse client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements.
  • Improve existing processes and design effective solutions.
  • Configure Infor M3 based on project scope and client specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Infor M3 development tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infor M3.
  • Ensure successful data migration and integration activities.
  • Adhere to Infor Implementation methodologies.
  • Maintain a problem-solving attitude for client-related projects.
  • Engage in requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage daily assignments and multi-task effectively.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Infor M3 development tools.
  • Proficiency in both on-Prem and Cloudsuite products.
  • Experience with MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit), MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), Jscript, IDM Forms, Mashups, Event Hub, and Web Service.
  • Experience working on M3 Xtend, Xstream/StreamServe Reporting tool.
  • Basic knowledge of Java, RDBMS, SQL, and XML.
  • Good understanding of extensibility tools like M3 Jscript, Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK, and Web SDK.
  • Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.
  • Experience in data migration and integration.
  • Familiarity with Infor Implementation methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one development technology programming language.
  • Strong business documentation and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Masters Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing eCommerce applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working on high-volume, Internet-scale solutions.
  • Experience developing and/or architecting public cloud-hosted backend services with Azure and/or GCP.
  • Experience developing/designing a scalable microservices architecture in Go, Java & Node.js.
  • Experience developing React, Swift (native iOS), or Kotlin (native Android).

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent tactful and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with databases/MIS.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Blue Ash, OH
