Infor Workbrain WFM Developer – Remote Full-Time Position
We are seeking a dedicated Infor Workbrain (WFM) Developer for a full-time, remote position supporting our client, Vrize. This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing workforce management systems that handle complex labor and time compliance rules. The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 9 years of specific experience with Infor Workbrain; please note that the client is specifically looking for this mid-to-senior range and has indicated that candidates with 15+ years of experience may not be the right fit for this specific team dynamic. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and support of WFM solutions. This includes hands-on development using Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Java, and Infor-specific APIs. You will be tasked with ensuring that the system accurately reflects USA and Puerto Rico compliance rules, which requires a deep understanding of labor laws and time-tracking regulations. The technical landscape involves a heavy emphasis on the Infor Workbrain suite. You will work within an Agile SDLC, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and production-level support. Documentation is a key component of this role, as you will need to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Working remotely requires exceptional communication skills. You will interact with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. The interview process will involve a Skype interview to assess both technical proficiency and cultural fit. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders (USC/GC). A minimum of 5 years of real-world application experience in enterprise settings is required. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within the WFM domain. Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 per year
